Personal Assistant to Principal and Vice Principal (Job Share)

Average of 18 hours per week (0.5 contract), working a fortnightly pattern:

Week 1 Thursday and Friday
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Hourly rate: £7.88 per hour
Hourly rate: £7.88 per hour

Within this varied role, you will provide support to the Senior Leadership team of the college by co-ordinating their day to day administration and correspondence in conjunction with your job share partner. You will be the first point of contact to the Principal and you will be expected to liaise with external organisations and handle all enquiries in a professional manner. You will manage the diaries of the Senior Team; take minutes at meetings; and provide a full secretarial service to both the Principal and Vice Principal. You will have previous experience in administration, ideally in a role supporting Senior Managers. Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite of applications is essential, along with a minimum of GCSE grade C in English or equivalent and an NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent.
