Termination Policy
The customer may terminate the provision of services from Dayjob Ltd under any order form by no less than 30 days notice to expire at the end of a contract month. Termination by the customer before the end of the contract term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire contract term.
Dayjob Ltd may terminate the provision of our services under the following circumstances:
1. The customer is in material breach of these terms and conditions and has not remedied such breach within 14 days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied.
2. The customer becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.
3. All the services which disabilityjobbaord.com provides to candidates are entirely gratuitous and disabilityjobbaord.com is not obliged to maintain or continue any services offered to candidates on this Website. Disabilityjobbaord.com will also reserve the right to suspend or cancel the provision of any service to any particular user or candidate for any reason whatsoever.
