Administrative Officer Estates
36 hours per week
Salary: £17,714 per annum (Subject to Job Evaluation)

Within this varied role, you will provide support to the Head of Estates by coordinating and dealing with day to day administration of the Estates, Facilities and Residential Services of the College. You will be responsible for maintaining information management systems, taking minutes at meetings, projects administration and undertaking minimum standards checks across the college campus. You will have previous experience in administration, ideally in a facilities management environment, along with an awareness of health and safety legislation. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and databases for inputting and updating records; have a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent and ideally an NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent.
